“It would have been a 5 star it I had to really argue my point on my last visit. Let...” me explain, I’ve had a few treatments at Kinsgend over the years and all has been well. It’s not the cheapest dental center but I’ve always believed that you do get what you pay for.I had to have an extraction on a molar tooth after biting on a popcorn kernel and a massive chunk of the tooth broke away. Unfortunately there was no way of saving it. I had the the tooth extracted and the process went seemingly well until the following day. I’m the extraction process the surgeon had damaged the r tooth next to it with the drilling/cutting machine which left the tooth open and very painful.When I went back to the dentist to let them know they were very reluctant to take any responsibility and said that I was in pain because the tooth was seriously decayed. My argument was that whether the tooth was decayed or not I had suffered zero pain before the surgery (even with the chunk taken out of my originally extracted tooth) and I could feel with my tongue that a chunk of tooth had been ground away.After a lengthy heated debate with one of the directors another lady director came in to see what was going on and heard me out. The lady kindly assessed the situation and they decide to give me a filling (free of charge) which has helped tremendously. I’m very thankful to that lady as she was very understanding but more importantly was prepared to do the right thing and rectify it.These guys really know what they are doing and I wanted to give them 5 stars but the level of stress I had to go through to get the end result made it just a little bit sour. So my only ask for Kingsend is that the after care needs to be as good as the primary care. Take a leaf out of the young lady’s book and do the right thing. That is marketing in itself.I would recommend Kingsend Dental and I will be going back.”
