For my last couple of visits I have been seen by Dr Christine ma who I would highly recommend, she is very friendly and cheerful :) she is also very thorough when checking my teeth and gums, Dr Christine ma’s assistant who sadly I don’t know by name is also extremely friendly, prompt and caring. I really appreciate being able to fill out my personal form from my phone before my appointment, this makes the whole experience so much smoother, I wasn’t a fan of the old system where you would be handed a iPad/tablet to fill out your details, I found it confusing and stressful. Lastly being notified and reminded of an upcoming appointment via email multiple times well in advance of my appointment is extremely helpful. Over all my experience was as good as I could hope for, thank you to all the staff who make it a good experience, especially as I’m afraid of the dentist! I agreed to book hygienist and left. At reception, I was asked to book for next consultation. When I mentioned that it had only been 3 months and this was a follow up, booking was for January 25. Tried to book hygienist but left as no acceptable times available. Five minutes after leaving, receptionist informed me I had to pay for the session (the 5 minutes I understood was a follow up to the check up). It felt as if they were trying to maximise their income.”
